		<description>If I had to choose just one of these points as my favorite (glad I don&#039;t have to), it would be point #1. It&#039;s taken me years to realize that if I&#039;m in &quot;fake productive mode&quot; -- that is, frantically doing busywork (aka nothing) -- something&#039;s going on and it&#039;s time to sit back and evaluate what&#039;s going on.

I&#039;ve also recently scheduled an entire day to rest &amp; relaxation. That is NO work, NO computer, NO calls, NO reading business books or anything. The entire say is devoted to my family and me time... While it&#039;s really hard to resist the urge to &quot;just take a few minutes to read my email&quot; the payoff has been incredible. My kids are happier and my hubby is super proud that I&#039;m actually sticking to it.
